HWP16254 Furnace Filter

I have been using this furnace filter for three years now and I’m very happy with the performance and ease of use. Yes it is not a “Honeywell”, but you need to remember that name brands add a premium for their own name. I don’t think anyone can tell the difference between this and the brand name if you didn’t see the name on the filter.
My filter frame was made for the Honeywell filter but even though this filter is a “tight” fit I think that is a GOOD thing. You don’t want air going around the filter.
The Honeywell says “Lasts up to 12-months ” but I don’t think that is a good idea no matter who makes a filter. I change mine three times a year.

Not a “Honeywell Air Filter”

These are slightly bigger then the Honeywell filter, making for a real tight fit in the HVAC unit. Only time will tell if these work as well.
